J'ai réservé une voiture du 10 au 13 février chez Écovia via Opodo. Je n'ai pas renseigné mon numéro de vol et mon vol a eu du retard.
Arrivée à 23h45 au lieu de 23h. Sachant que le parking de l'hôtel fermait à minuit et qu'il est impossible de garer un véhicule dans Florence après 20h sous peine d'amendes, j'ai pris un taxi pour aller à mon hôtel. Je suis revenue le lendemain en taxi chercher mon véhicule. Il m'a été demandé de fournir un bon de réservation du jour et non pas celui de la veille.
Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi puisque j'avais payé ma réservation du 10 au 13, donc venir le 11 était mon choix ! Écovia n'a rien voulu savoir et Opodo n'a pas voulu changer le bon non plus. J'ai perdu 3h de mon temps à contacter Opodo, à parlementer avec Écovia pour finalement aller louer une autre voiture chez un autre loueur.
Et avoir en plus 70 euros de taxis !!! À fuir absolument!

NJai eu un retard de vol sans avoir notifié mon numéro de vol lors de la réservation de location de voiture , le parking de lhôtel fermant à minuit jai dû prendre un taxi pour rejoindre mon hôtel sans récupérer ma voiture puisque je naurai pas pu la garer dedans . Javais loué chez écovia pour mon véhicule pour 3 jours.
Jai cherché plus de 20 minutes le numéro d Opodo sur internet avant davoir quelqun. Ecovia na pas voulu que je récupère ma voiture car mon bon de réservation était de la veille et Opodo na pas voulu modifier mon contrat car ils ne le pouvaient pas .
Jai donc loué une voiture pour rien du 10 au 13 février et en arrivant le 11 personne na voulu faire un geste . Je suis donc partie chez un autre loueur relouer une voiture.
Je ne passerai donc plus ni par écovia ni par Opodo!!!

Without prejudice, I made a reservation today. The reservation reference from Opodo has been confirmed to me in real time on the web, and the money has been debited from my bank account.
However, I found the website quite cumbersome with a lot of advertising, which does not allow customers to focus solely on their transactions. Due to this, I made an error with the return date; instead of 26/08/2024, I entered 26/09/2024.
As I paid for a full ticket with the option to change, I tried to make a modification a few hours later. To my surprise, I discovered that my trip was not confirmed and I could not access my file.
I called the hotline, and the assistant informed me that it was not confirmed and they could not help. They suggested that I should cancel my reservation and make a new one.
I am sending you this email to inform you of my issue. You need to fulfill what you legally promised me, since I have paid for it. I urge you to call me as soon as possible and resolve these issues.
Otherwise, I will lodge a complaint with:
DGCRF (the anti-fraud section of the French Ministry of Finance)
The European Commissioner for Travel
This situation seems completely fraudulent and illegal. I will call you again in 30 minutes on the hotline.

while I bought my ticket I paid for check in baggage. While I was at the airport, the system didn't recognise my payment for the luggage and I paid there 60 euros.
Today I called them and asked if I they can see my check in baggage for return and they told me that they can't. That means the are gonna ask me to pay another 60 euros for a luggage that I already paid. So this is not the first time I am having payment problems with opodo.
I am requiring the 60 euros I paid at the airport and want to be sure that on my flight on 11.02.2024 i can check my luggage withiut any extra payment. If this email won't be answered I am willing to sue yor company.

- - Opodo did not pay the hotel bill; we paid at checkout, and they did not refund or contact the hotel despite promises, costing us 500.
We arrived at our hotel to be told Opodo (or the third party we had used) had never paid our hotel bill. Despite multiple called and failed promises to deal with the matter urgently we still had to pay the hotel fully on check out and Opodo have still not refunded us or the hotel!!
You assured us it would be dealt with in 24 hrs, 48 hours etc to no avail.
We had to pay an additional 500 due to your poor service and lack of ability to provide the hotel with our proof of payment (which you still have not reimbursed nor contacted the hotel?! )
